Hillary Clinton: CFR Tells The Government What It Should Be Doing

Secretary of State Hillary Clinton’s opening remarks during her speech to the Council on Foreign Relations yesterday will have done little to dampen accusations that the elitist CFR pulls the strings of the U.S. government.
Clinton effectively said that she was happy the CFR had created an outpost in Washington DC because it meant she did not have to travel as far to get her orders.
Here’s the full quote, according to the official transcript.
“I am delighted to be here in these new headquarters. I have been often to, I guess, the mother ship in New York City, but it’s good to have an outpost of the Council right here down the street from the State Department.”
“We get a lot of advice from the Council, so this will mean I won’t have as far to go to be told what we should be doing and how we should think about the future.”
Clinton’s admission that the CFR tells the government what it should be doing is somewhat more concrete an influence than the mere “talking shop” perfunctory role that apologists claim the CFR assumes.
As we previously reported, Hillary Clinton’s first appointment as Secretary of State, George Mitchell, was not only a CFR member, but a former director of the globalist organization. Mitchell got his start in politics with the aid of another CFR member, former President Jimmy Carter.
Obama’s first appointments were also almost universally CFR members. As we wrote at the time, “It looks like the White House is shaping up to become a branch office of the CFR and Bilderbergers, but then this is simply business as usual. For years, the CFR — with its associate memberships in such international units as the Trilateral Commission, Club of Rome, and Bildebergers — has infested not only the White House, but the State Department, the NSC, the Pentagon, and much of the federal government.”
During the speech, Clinton outlined her vision of the “global agenda” and how a “global consensus” should be formed to help shape it by means of a “global architecture”.

These Are The People Who Do Not Want The Fed’s Veil Lifted

The following individuals whose primary goal in life is getting tenure and publishing a textbook, yet believe they have a voice in deciding whether over 300 million American people should know just whose interests the Fed so staunchly protects, have issued an open letter to Congress and The Executive Branch, demanding that no one ever dare tinker or have audit powers over the private institution that is the Federal Reserve. Those who run hedge funds, operate semi-failed companies, work for an Investment Bank, especially taxpayer bailed out ones, or are otherwise conflicted, are highlighted in bold.
It makes sense to recall that the recent grassroots campaign to enforce the opposite – i.e., more transparency at the Fed, has been supported by over 5,000 individuals at this point. Zero Hedge recommends all who believe in transparency in this time when we have anything but, sign the petition to demonstrate their disagreement with the individuals below.

Clinton: US Won’t Hesitate To Use Military Against Iran: Not A Threat, It’s A Promise, Secretary Of State Tells CFR – Here We Go!

In a high-profile policy address before the Council on Foreign Relations (CFR), Secretary of State Hillary Clinton declared that the US wouldn’t not hesitate to use its military to “defend our friends, our interests, and above all, our people” during the segment discussing Iran.
She elaborated on the declaration with “this is not an option we seek nor is it a threat; it is a promise.” Clinton also warned Iran that the US offer to hold talks, which she had previously said she didn’t expect to work to begin with, would not be open-ended and that “our willingness to talk is not a sign of weakness.”
Today’s comments are the latest in a long line of bellicose rhetoric coming from the Secretary of State. Last month during a television interview she said that Iran was risking the possibility of a US invasion, citing the disastrous 2003 invasion of Iraq as a model.
The US has been demanding that the Iranian government abandon its civilian nuclear energy generation program, and several officials have claimed, despite a stark lack of evidence, that Iran is working on nuclear weapons. The IAEA has pointed out no evidence for the accusation exists, and America’s own National Intelligence Estimate says they don’t believe Iran has an active weapons program either.

Israel Warships Move Within Cruise-Missile Range Of Iran – WWIII?

Tel Aviv takes a step closer to war with Tehran as two Israeli warships sail through the Suez Canal within cruise-missile range of Iran.
Earlier this week, two Israel Navy warships, the Hanit and the Eliat, passed through the Suez Canal and across the Red Sea.
In a Thursday interview with the Times, a senior Israeli defense official said the move should be seen as serious preparations for a long-expected attack on Iranian nuclear sites.
“This is preparation that should be taken seriously. Israel is investing time in preparing itself for the complexity of an attack on Iran,” said the Israeli defense official, who was speaking on condition of anonymity.
“These maneuvers are a message to Iran that Israel will follow up on its threats,” he added.
The move comes ten days after a submarine — believed to be nuclear-armed — made a similar crossing and headed from the Mediterranean to the Red Sea.
The move, apparently coordinated with Egypt, is seen as a warning message to Iran that the Netanyahu government is not having second thoughts about its military plans against Iran.

“Excuse me, ma’am,” says the man. “Our records show that your eleven-year-old daughter has not been immunized for genital warts.”
“And your four-year-old still needs the chicken-pox vaccine,” says the woman.
“He will not be allowed to start kindergarten unless he gets that shot, you know,” says the man—smiling from ear to ear.
“So, can we please come in?” asks the woman. “We have the vaccines right here,” she says, lifting up a black medical bag. “We can give your kids the shots right now.”
“We are from the government,” says the man, “and we’re here to help.”
Is this a scene from the over-heated imagination of an addlepated conspiracy theorist? Or is it something akin to what is actually envisioned by the health-care reform bill approved this week by the Senate Health, Education, Labor and Pension Committee.
The committee’s official summary of the bill says: “Authorizes a demonstration program to improve immunization coverage. Under this program, CDC will provide grants to states to improve immunization coverage of children, adolescents, and adults through the use of evidence-based interventions. States may use funds to implement interventions that are recommended by the Community Preventive Services Task Force, such as reminders or recalls for patients or providers, or home visits.”
Home visits? What exactly is the state going to do when it sends people to “implement interventions” in private homes designed “to improve immunization coverage of children”?

Foreclosures Rise 15% In First Half Of 2009 – Banks Get The Booty!

The number of U.S. households on the verge of losing their homes soared by nearly 15 percent in the first half of the year as more people lost their jobs and were unable to pay their monthly mortgage bills.
The mushrooming foreclosure crisis affected more than 1.5 million homes in the first six months of the year, according to a report released Thursday by foreclosure listing service RealtyTrac.
The data show that, despite the Obama administration’s plan to encourage the lending industry to prevent foreclosures by handing out $50 billion in subsidies, the nation’s housing woes continue to spread. Experts don’t expect foreclosures to peak until the middle of next year.
Foreclosure filings rose more than 33 percent in June compared with the same month last year and were up nearly 5 percent from May, RealtyTrac said.
“Despite all the efforts to date, we clearly haven’t got a handle on how to address the situation,” said Rick Sharga, RealtyTrac’s senior vice president for marketing.
More than 336,000 households received at least one foreclosure-related notice in June, according to the foreclosure listing firm’s report. That works out to one in every 380 U.S. homes.
It was the fourth-straight month in which more than 300,000 households receiving a foreclosure filing, which includes default notices and several other legal notices that homeowners receive before they finally lose their homes. Banks repossessed more than 79,000 homes in June, up from about 65,000 a month earlier.
On a state-by-state basis, Nevada had the nation’s highest foreclosure rate in the first half of the year, with more than 6 percent of all households receiving a filing.
Arizona was No. 2, followed by Florida, California and Utah. Rounding out the top 10 were Georgia, Michigan, Illinois, Idaho and Colorado.

There is a huge campaign to keep the Fed’s shenanigans hidden (and see this). It will take every single one of us calling congress to make it happen.
This is not a partisan issue – every single Democrat and Independent should support Fed transparency.

BREAKING NEWS: Pentagon Orders Firing Of Major Cook From His Civilian Job For Challenging Obama’s Presidential Eligibility – WTF!

The Department of Defense has compelled a private employer to fire a U.S. Army Reserve major from his civilian job after he had his military deployment orders revoked for arguing he should not be required to serve under a president who has not proven his eligibility for office.
According to the CEO of Simtech Inc., a private company contracted by the Defense Security Services, an agency of the Department of Defense, the federal government has compelled the termination of Maj. Stefan Frederick Cook.
Cook’s attorney, Orly Taitz, wrote in her blog that Simtech CEO Larry Grice said he would try to find another position within the company for Cook, but nothing is currently available.
The Department of Defense does contracting in the general field of information technology/systems integration, at which Cook, a senior systems engineer and architect, was employed until taking a military leave of absence on July 10 in preparation for his deployment to Afghanistan.
“Grice told plaintiff, in essence, that the situation had become ‘nutty and crazy,’ and that plaintiff would no longer be able to work at his old position,” Taitz wrote.
Grice made clear that it was Defense Security Services that had compelled Simtech to fire Cook, Taitz wrote.
According to the report, Grice told Cook “there was some gossip that ‘people were disappointed in’ the plaintiff because they thought he was manipulating his deployment orders to create a platform for political purposes.”
The Simtech CEO then discussed Cook’s expectation of final paychecks, without any severance pay, and wished the soldier well.
Messages left with Grice’s office had not been returned at the time of this report.
“A federal agency (such as the Department of Defense, acting through the Defense Security Services Agency) clearly violates the Whistleblower Protection Act if it takes or fails to take (or threatens to take or fail to take) a personnel action with respect to any employee or applicant because of any disclosure of information by the employee or applicant that he or she reasonably believes evidences a violation of a law, rule or regulation; gross mismanagement; gross waste of funds; an abuse of authority; or a substantial and specific danger to public health or safety,” Taitz wrote.
“What has happened in the present case of Stefan Frederick Cook is that a federal agency appears to have taken action against Stefan Frederick Cook’s private employer, Simtech, Inc., which is a closely held corporation owned and operated by members of a single family, who are as much victims of the Department of Defense’s heavy-handed interference with plaintiff Cook’s private-sector employment as is plaintiff Cook himself.”
As WND reported, Taitz confirmed to WND the military rescinded Maj. Cook’s impending deployment orders.

We live in a world where celebrities and the media are placed on a stage, they talk down to us literally and figuratively, this puts us in the role of being able to either cheer, boo, or say nothing. When we watch a commercial we are put into the role of a consumer, we can only say we want a product or we don’t. When “our leaders” talk to us all we can do is cheer or boo. This is by design because it makes us all feel we are worthless plebes whose only role in life is to rah rah rah or boo boo boo. This same psychology is at the root of the common practice of saying “so and so is a shill.”
The biggest propaganda in media and television is never in the overt message, it is always hidden in the underline premise through which endless debates and rabble rousing occurs discussing some mundane nuance about this or that. For example, politicians and the media will argue endlessly about something like gay marriage, yet they never ask the question: why should people have to register their relationships with the state? Does the government have any business at all in my relationships? Should the government be a legal third party in my marriage? Of course they don’t ask those questions because it would render the entire debate a complete and total fraud.
The same goes for this whole mindset which many people do not seem able to shake despite being privy to information about the new world order etc. When they are watching or listening to some anti-nwo speaker they are still putting themselves in the position of plebes whose only role is to cheer or boo. They haven’t woken up to the reality they themselves need to be the sole arbiter of their own lives, the sole determiner of their own beliefs, and the sole person responsible for taking action to wake others up.
I am not against saying “so and so is a shill,” certainly there are many many shills in this movement as in any other, the problem comes when the person puts themselves into the plebe role, the role of a spectator in a Colosseum, and they feel themselves to be guiding the course of the future by simply booing some “shill.”
If you want to advance out of this manufactured “role” you need to realize you are taking it on every time you hurrah hurrah or boo someone, you need to take an active role in directing and guiding your own life, that is what will help yourself and others a million more times than just simply saying “down with so and so.”
Step out of the fake paradigm of watcher/consumer and enter into the world of creator/producer. If you are always only reacting to the world then you are helpless in guiding its course. Self-honesty is the only way to change. – Chris, IL
