Obama Declares His Rule By Authoritarian Executive Order Decree

The Obama administration has announced it will now rule by fascist decree and ignore Congress and the American people.
“With much of his legislative agenda stalled in Congress, President Obama and his team are preparing an array of actions using his executive power to advance energy, environmental, fiscal and other domestic policy priorities,” reports The New York Times. “We are reviewing a list of presidential executive orders and directives to get the job done across a front of issues,” said Rahm Emanuel, the White House chief of staff who is fond of cracking his knuckles in Obama’s face.
According to The New York Times, ruling in authoritarian fashion is normal and acceptable. “Any president has vast authority to influence policy even without legislation, through executive orders, agency rule-making and administrative fiat.”
In fact, Obama’s plan to rule by authoritarian decree is unconstitutional. Article I, Section 1 of the Constitution states: “All legislative Powers herein granted shall be vested in a Congress of the United States, which shall consist of a Senate and House of Representatives.” Article II, Section 3 states that the president may call Congress into emergency session during a national crisis.
In other words, rule buy fiat is treason. Another section of the Constitution covers treason. Article II, Section 4 states: “The President, Vice President and all civil Officers of the United States, shall be removed from Office on Impeachment for, and Conviction of, Treason, Bribery, or other high Crimes and Misdemeanors.”
Radio talk show host Michael Savage comments on Obama’s plan to rule by executive order…
Rahm Emanuel should be arrested and prosecuted for treason under federal statute, specifically Title 18 U.S.C. § 2. It states: “Whoever commits an offense against the United States or aids, abets, counsels, commands, induces or procures its commission, is punishable as a principal.”
Treason is spelled out in Article III, Section 3 of the Constitution. “The Congress shall have Power to declare the Punishment of Treason,” it states.
“White House officials said the increased focus on executive authority reflected a natural evolution from the first year to the second year of any presidency,” The New York Times continues.
Hitler exploited this “natural evolution” to turn Germany into a fascist dictatorship through executive orders. In fact, Reagan, Clinton and Bush the Lesser issued a flurry of executive orders that surpassed anything Hitler or Stalin issued.
Executive orders have been around since the beginning of the republic. George Washington issued a number of proclamations, dispositions and recommendations. For instance, a suggestion that a day of Thanksgiving take place on Thursday, November26, 1789. He was severely criticized for issuing a proclamation suggesting U.S. citizens joining or aiding the war between Austria, Prussia, Sardinia, Britain and the Netherlands be prosecuted. George Washington’s proclamations, however, did not over rule legislation passed by Congress.
Executive orders did not really pick up steam until the presidency of Abraham Lincoln. During the invasion of the South for opposing the federal government, Lincoln issued a large number of executive orders allowing the federal military to steal land and turn prisoners of war into forced labor slaves.
The grand daddy of executive orders was Franklin Roosevelt. He issued 3,723 of them. Here is a sample. Roosevelt’s most notorious executive order was 6102. It permitted the federal government to steal all privately held gold in the United States.
Ronald Reagan — sold to the people as a “conservative” — issued 381 executive orders, more than George W. Bush. Clinton came close to Reagan. He issued 364. Reagan violated the Constitution directly when he issued Executive Order 12611 ordering “Assistance for Central American Democracies and the Nicaraguan Democratic Resistance,” in other words providing assistance to the Contras, a violation of the Boland Amendment.
Clinton used executive orders to defy Congress and conduct a murder campaign against the people of Yugoslavia. Clinton also violated Article 1, Section 8 of the Constitution when he bombed the European country. Article 1, Section 8 states that “Congress shall have power to… declare War,” not the president.
During the election, Obama not only said he would not issue executive orders but he would reverse those issued during the Bush era. On his very first day in office, Obama broke this pledge and implemented and signed into law Executive Order 13489 barring the release of presidential records (presumably including his birth certificate).
Obama also signed executive orders allowing Interpol to operate beyond the law in the United States and establishing the Council of Governors.
Obama will continue the process of rule by decree established by his predecessors. He will rule in the tradition of the Roman Second Triumvirate and the Lex Titia decree under Gaius Octavian, general Mark Antony and pontifex maximus Aemilius Lepidus.
It should be noted that the resolution paved the way for the Final War of the Roman Republic and the total collapse of republican government.

So, let this hybrid nephilistic turd ram thru so-called “executive orders”. If no importance is attached, then what of it? If I tell you to go start a fight with so-and-so, if you choose not to instigate the fight that I desire to see, then you win. Duh! There is no fight if the middle man chooses not to play into it. What hold does this manchurian candidate have over the majority? Why is he being allowed to suck the energy from us? Why are we giving it away? Yes, perhaps we will suffer a bit, but this “spell” that seems to have been cast over our society does not need to continue growing like a vine, choking the life out of what was an imperfect, yet workable society with a totally ALIEN mindset.
Doesn’t anyone remember studying about other repressive societies during the Cold War? In Social Studies, Humanities, or World History, have you forgotten the how and why of Europe? Do you see ANY similarities? Any at all? This cannot be allowed to happen! Because if there is a future, the memory of what was the united states of america will be FOREVER stained. It already is tainted with many betrayals, but this will cause people everywhere to look askance, the same way we think of Germany, it will be the same for us, IF THERE IS AN ‘US’. It’s that serious. C’mon, what’s the first thing people think of when Germany is mentioned in a political sense? or Argentina? That’s the association people will make. The CONstitution isn’t legally binding on anybody, which means that the criminal syndicate in DC calling itself the federal government has neither legitimacy nor legal authority.
Anybody who participates, in any way, with this fraudulent federal election process, is aiding and abetting the destruction of this “nation.” (Oh, and by the way, who has the authority to decide that a given geographic area is some “nation under God, Indivisible,” forever and ever, and that if, say, an area such as the Southern states, decides that the government no longer serves their interests, and they decide to go their own way, that they are to be forced to return at gunpoint? Just wondering.)

I think the biggest contributing factors to the apathy of the people is due to the hypnotic effects of television and the MSM propaganda machine; the biological and chemical assault on our bodies via poisoned water (flouride, etc.), food (prions, GMO, etc.), air (chemtrails) and Big Pharma (vaccinations, etc.); a lack of any real education concerning actual history (schools, universities); no understanding of how the government does or should work (constitutional knowledge); no grasp of the “why’s” to the economic woes (Fed, global bankers); and fear (terrorism, false flags, and “Wag the Dog” wars); all of which has led to a morally and spiritually bankrupt society of so-called “Christians” who have no clue what the actual Bible teaches (eg. Romans 13) as a result of 501c3 government controlled and corrupt churches.
In otherwords, unless we can facilitate the breaking of these “spells”, the vast majority of the population will do much as the German population did in the lead-up to and during WWII – Nothing!

Obama actually has no authority to issue such an executive order and should be ignored by the States.

Executive Orders are generally orders to staff of the executive branch and not to “citizens”. Article I, Section 1 of the US Constitution specifically reserves all federal legislative authority to Congress, not the president. In other countries, executive edicts can serve a legislative function. Such edicts may be known as decrees, or orders-in-council.
Executive orders may also be issued at the state level by a state’s Governor or at the local level by the city’s Mayor. The term “Executive Orders” and the numbered list of them were created in 1907, but U.S. Presidents have issued instructions that are retroactively labeled Executive Orders since 1789, usually to guide officers and agencies of the Executive branch in managing the operations within the Federal Government itself. Executive orders can have the full force of law if they are made in pursuance of certain Acts of Congress, some of which specifically delegate to the President some degree of discretionary power (delegated legislation). Other Executive Orders not authorized by Congress are claimed to have their authority for issuances based in a power inherently granted to the Executive by the Constitution. By executine order he will probably allow Sharia Law bypassing our Constitutional Laws.
We have never seen his likes in this country and why everyone is paralyzed by his actions is because of the Liberal Democrats and Rhinos and the archaic thinking of the old guard of Republicans in the House that are frustrating the Tea Party Canidates, attempt to restore us back to out roots.

Some body in Washington needs to tell this nobody that he will either cease and desist his criminal activities and do it publically; and the fact that no one does should concern at least one person up there enough to condemn him publically.This is worrisome.
He has no authority to issue such orders and these from opinions.However no one has to follow any order if a person has no authority to issue such an order or someone in a higher authority has given you a different order contrary to the order that issues from the lower authority,that is,Obama.
Such orders must follow the law and particularly those of Congress.
The above differs from executive privilege.
As for Obama he must follow the Constitution not his Constitution.
The are two higher authorities-the Constitution itself and his oath which he obviousy ignores or has made a mental reservation which can never be done under the act of swearing an oath.Furthermore, one takes the authority of God,under oath,to obey God’s law if positive human law conflicts with it.
Apparently up there no one knows this and if they do they ignore this mandate.
