UN’s Final Stand For World Government Via Global Warming Fraud

There are not many empty seats in the dismal, echoing conference chamber in the ghastly concrete box that is the Hotel Maritim here in Bonn, where the UN’s latest attempt to maneuver the 194 States Parties to the Framework Convention on Climate Change gets underway today.
The “international community”, as it is now called, is here in full force, in the shape of expensively-suited, shiny-shod bureaucrats with an urbane manner and absolutely no knowledge of climate science whatsoever.
However, one empty chair is a pointer of things to come. The Holy See – a tiny nation in its own right, with a billion citizens around the world – has left its chair empty. And that is significant. If “global warming” still mattered, the Vatican would make sure that its representatives were present throughout this gloomy gathering of world-government wannabes.
This emergency conference, called by the UN’s bureaucrats because they were terrified that Cancun this December might fail as spectacularly as Copenhagen did last year, is a much quieter affair than Copenhagen. Not only has the air of triumphalism gone, after the scandals of Climategate, Himalayagate, Amazongate and so forth, but the belief that “global warming” is a global crisis has largely gone too.
There are a few true-believers left among the national delegates, but more of them than before are open to discussion of the previously-forbidden question – what if the climate extremists have made the whole thing up?
The Chinese Xinhua News Agency, for instance, came up to the table manned by the environmental campaigners of the Committee for a Constructive Tomorrow, which takes a hard-boiled, cynical view of the notion that a tiny increase in the atmospheric concentration of a trace gas is likely to cause a thousand international disasters.
The reporters were genuinely interested to hear that there is another side to the story. Huan Gongdi, the Agency’s senior correspondent in Germany, asked me what I thought of the Copenhagen accord (a waste of time), what was happening in Bonn (a desperate attempt to ram through a binding Treaty that can be put in front of the US Senate before the mid-term elections make Senate acceptance of any such treaty unthinkable), and whether or not there was a climate crisis anyway (there isn’t).
I explained to Mr. Huan that even if the UN had not exaggerated the warming effect of CO2 many times over there was still nothing we could do about the supposed “crisis”, because we were emitting so little of the stuff in the first place.
For the record, I did the sum in front of him. The atmospheric concentration of CO2 today is about 388 parts per million by volume. However, we are adding just 2 ppmv a year to the air. So the warming we cause each year, even if one believes the UN’s wild exaggerations of CO2’s warming effect, is just 4.7 times the natural logarithm of the proportionate increase in CO2 concentration from 388 to 390 ppmv.
Thus, 4.7 ln(390/388) = 0.043 Fahrenheit degrees – less than a twentieth of a Fahrenheit degree of “global warming” every year. That is all. Putting it another way, it would take almost a quarter of a century with no carbon-emitting activity at all – not a single train, plane, automobile, or fossil-fueled power station – to forestall just 1 Fahrenheit degree of “global warming”.
That is why no Treaty based on controlling the amount of carbon dioxide the world emits can possibly work. And that is why there is no hurry anyway. The only reason for the UN’s sense of urgency – a panic no longer felt by the majority of the delegates here – is that the bureaucrats know the game is up. Opinion polls throughout the free world show that no one now believes a word of the climate extremists’ nonsense any more. If they can’t get a binding treaty this year, they won’t get one at all, and they know it.

Infamous Army Unit From Abu Ghraib Prison To Redeploy To Iraq!

The Army reserve unit that became infamous after some of its members were charged with abusing prisoners at Abu Ghraib prison six years ago is returning to Iraq. The Pentagon said Friday that the 372nd Military Police Company of Cresaptown, Md., has been mobilized for its first deployment since 2004, The Associated Press reported.
The 372nd is scheduled to leave April 29 for up to three months of training at Fort Bliss, Texas, followed by deployment overseas.
The unit made headlines around the world when seven of its soldiers faced charges in connection with the mistreatment of detainees at the prison. All were convicted, and six served prison time. A military spokesman said the current unit is made up of few former members.

Kissinger Gave Go-Ahead For Terrorist Attack On US Soil In 1976

According to declassified documents released by the National Security Archive today, former secretary of state and longtime Bilderberger Henry Kissinger rescinded instructions that would have prevented one of the worst terrorist attacks on US soil before September 11, 2001, from occurring.
On September 21, 1976 a car-bomb exploded in downtown Washington D.C., killing a former minister of the Chilean Allende government and his assistant- and signifying a major terrorist attack the likes of which had not been experienced on US soil before. The perpetrators were quickly identified as agents of the Pinochet regime, out to assassinate the figureheads of rival regimes all over the world. As it turns out, the string of attacks known as the Condor Murders, was part of a longtime covert operation by several South American intelligence agencies, consisting of international assassinations of dissidents and other enemies of fascist dictators.
Although initially instructions were sent to US ambassadors in South America to warn military leaders of “a series of international murders” likely to occur, word came down from the State Department only five days before the incident in Washington, stating that the secretary (Kissinger) “has instructed that no further action be taken on this matter.” In other words, Kissinger overruled the first instruction- namely to order the ambassadors to warn the South American heads of state of likely attacks on their persons, replacing it with the instruction to effectively keep silent about them- and by extension- allowing the attack in Washington to move forward unhindered.
The Public Record (TPR) online publication mentions that “the instructions effectively ended efforts by senior State Department officials to deliver a diplomatic demarche, approved by Kissinger only three weeks earlier, to express “our deep concern” over “plans for the assassination of subversives, politicians, and prominent figures both within the national borders of certain Southern Cone countries and abroad.” Aimed at the heads of state of Chile, Argentina and Uruguay, the demarche was never delivered.”, states TPR.
According to Peter Kornbluh, author of The Pinochet File: A Declassified Dossier on Atrocity and accountability this latest revelation is “the missing piece of the historical puzzle on Kissinger’s role in the action, and inaction, of the U.S. government after learning of Condor assassination plots.”
Indeed. Only two years after the assassination of former Chilean minister Orlando Letelier in Washington D.C., a cable was sent from Robert White (the U.S. ambassador to Paraguay) to Secretary of State Cyrus Vance, detailing a conversation White had with the chief of staff of Paraguay’s armed forces. During the interchange, the General had told White that the South American intelligence chiefs involved in Operation Condor “(kept) in touch with one another through a U.S. Communications installation in the Panama Canal Zone which cover(ed) all of Latin America.”
Professor of political science at Long Island University and chief expert on Operation Condor, J. Patrice McSherry, sums up U.S. involvement in the series of assassinations as follows: “U.S. military and intelligence officials supported and collaborated with Condor as a secret partner or sponsor.” That indeed seems to be the case. Not only does the Anglo-American establishment sponsor terrorist attacks abroad, it apparently does not shy away from allowing them to proceed within the U.S.
Although it has been widely suspected that Operation Condor (as the killing-spree had been dubbed) was supervised by U.S. intelligence services, this latest declassified instruction issued by Kissinger provides definitive proof.
Ironically, it was on September 11, 2001, that Chilean human rights lawyers filed a criminal case against both Kissinger and Pinochet for their involvement in Operation Condor. The very same day the worst terrorist attacks in the history of the United States occurred- in likewise suspicious circumstances (to put it mildly), likewise accommodated by the US intelligence community, and likewise pointing to an international conspiracy of geopolitical strategists, aiming to subdue sovereign nations before absorbing them into an international syndicate of robber-barons, commonly known as the New World Order.

Evidence Depleted Uranium Is Intended As A Weapon Of Genocide

Now that the horrors of Depleted Uranium are being revealed to the world, we can expect for apologists to begin moving into the next phase of damage control within the coming months. It will likely be claimed that the depopulation of much of the Middle East was an unfortunate result of the DU that the Pentagon used because it was not aware of the health effects it would have.
This article is meant to demonstrate why this is not the case. The radioactive waste is intentionally used to depopulate and economically cripple the nations that the United States government declared war on. A declassified memorandum from 1943 explains how radioactive material can be used as a gas warfare instrument.1 It mentions that:
As a gas warfare instrument the material would be ground into particles of microscopic size to form dust and smoke and distributed by a ground-fired projectile, land vehicles, or aerial bombs. In this form it would be inhaled by personnel. The amount necessary to cause death to a person inhaling the material is extremely small. It has been estimated that one millionth of a gram accumulating in a person’s body would be fatal. There are no known methods of treatment for such a casualty.
Of course, Depleted Uranium fits this description. According to the Pentagon, upon hitting it’s target, 70% of the Uranium vaporizes2, and turns into microscopic particles that enter it’s victims body. More that 50% of Depleted Uranium particles found in veterans are smaller than 1.5 μm.3
Another document, from 1948, shows that the plan evolved, and began resembling what we now know as Depleted Uranium.4 The United States began looking for ways to weaponize radioactive material. It’s top priorities were:
• 1 — Weapons to contaminate “populated or otherwise critical areas for long periods of time.”
• 2 — Munitions combining high explosives with radioactive material “to accomplish physical damage and radioactive contamination simultaneously.”
• 3 — Air and-or surface weapons that would spread contamination across an area to be evacuated, thereby rendering it unusable by enemy forces.
Again, Depleted Uranium fits the bill. Depleted Uranium is combined with high explosives, causing the radioactive waste to turn into microscopic dust that contaminates an entire area. It can do this for long periods of time.
A final point needs to be made, that the United States does not solely use Depleted Uranium, the least radioactive of the various types of nuclear waste out there. Depleted Uranium has to be distinguished from other forms of nuclear waste, that contain artificial isotopes, produced in nuclear reactors. These products are even more dangerous because they have shorter half-lives and are thus more radioactive than Depleted Uranium. It appears that the United States only claims it uses “Depleted” Uranium as a cover for the various types of radioactive materials it actually uses in it’s munition.
The United Nations has found Uranium-236, an artificial isotope of Uranium that does not occur naturally, at sites targeted by NATO in Kosovo.5 This means that what was used was actually the waste-product from a nuclear reactor. There is no reason for the United States to resolve to using recycled uranium besides Depleted Uranium. This is not a case of the US resorting to using reprocessed nuclear waste because depleted uranium is becoming scarce. The United States currently stores 480.000 tons of Depleted Uranium.6
Other elements that are found in “Depleted Uranium” include plutonium, neptunium and americium.7 The fact that the United States choses to use even more dangerous forms of nuclear waste than it has to, proves the fact that it lied about the true purpose of Depleted Uranium. The idea that Depleted Uranium is used for it’s high density, and self-sharpening properties is simply a cover for it’s true function as an instrument of genocide.
